wedge touch mouse not turning off

When i turn off or make my spro 2 sleep, mouse is not turning off. I have to turn it off manyally by pressing the off button on the mouse.

Yes, I had that problem as well. It actually caused my SP to turn on while in my bag and drain my battery. I would recommend that you that you return it if you still can and get the Bluetooth Arc mouse. The Arc mouse will turn off when you straighten it out.

but in wedge touch mouse tech specs it says that it will turn off after 30 secs. so it's not working?

it should turn off. But I think that when I put both in my bag, the bumping around would cause the mouse to come on. It sounds like you have a different issue with the mouse not evening turning off.

Mine stays on too. It's so it can be used to wake the Surface.
Battery lasts for months anyway so I've not worried about it.
