Volume Up Stuck ! - HARDWARE OR SOFTWARE ISSUE?

Hey guys,

So my volume up button randomly gets stuck and turns my volume all the way up.

I'm not sure if this is a hardware issue (button being physically stuck) OR if it's a software issue (glitch in update, or windows error).

The volume up button gets stuck not so often now that i have formatted/reset my spro4. in fact after i reset, it stopped completely for a while, then it returned but goes away now.

when stuck however, if i restart my spro4 it automatically goes into UEFI menu as the computer thinks im pressing volume up! So wouldnt this be hardware?

Probably hardware based on the UEFI boot. YMMV.
Try cleaning the button, maybe even using a floor vacum cleaner to suck out any dust or debris stuck I there.

Sounds to me like debris in the switch. Moisture from fingers may have wet the button, which can eventually make it to the contacts.
