Hi, I have a Surface 3 (not Pro) with a Type Cover and Bluetooth mouse connected, and while working with it sitting on a stable surface it periodically does the following.
1. The "Autorotate On" message appears at the top of the screen just like I had turned the screen sideways.
2. The message "Do you want to switch to Tablet Mode" appears at the bottom of the screen.
3. The TypeCover and Bluetooth mouse stop working.
4. A few seconds later a message appears saying "USB Device not recognised. The last USB device you connected to this computer malfunctioned and Windows does not recognise it".
The only way I can rectify the situation is to reboot the computer. This happens randomly and at frequencies ranging from weekly to every few minutes.
Any suggestions will be appreciated.
