B be77solo Active Member Mar 23, 2014 #2 Its the telemetry driver, not sure if MS has fixed it yet with updates, but here is how to prevent it completely by updating your restore image: Systems Admin Guy Worked great, I did use the later February driver pack that was released after he made this guide.
