tutto ok tranne la tastiera che non viene rilevata

Giorni fa riprendo il mio Surface_Pro3 dopo un periodo di inattività piuttosto lungo...(lo uso solo con Staffpad) già all'accensione presentava problemi di estrema lentezza. Faccio comunque tutti gli aggiornamenti ma il problema persiste anzi ora non vede più la tastiera. dopo aver consultato le varie guide fatto anche il "surface diagnostic toolkit" alla fine decido di resettare il tutto partendo da zero. Dopo non poche difficoltà comunque ce la faccio ed ora il mio Surface è aggiornatissimo anche come firmware e gira bene ma la cover non viene vista ( nella gestione dispositivi tutto pare normale e viene rilevata una tastiera HID, certo se disponessi di una cover funzionante in più sarebbe semplice fare ulteriori verifiche ma non mi fido a comprarne una. Scusate caso mai l'argomento fosse già stato discusso, ho guardato ma non ho trovato nulla...

I think you have the right idea that you need to test another keyboard with the system. If you don't want to buy another new / used keyboard to test, you might be able to find a local computer store that will allow you to swap a keyboard just for testing purposes. Or perhaps you could find a local PC / Microsoft user group that has real world meet ups (harder in a pandemic world) and borrow one to test.

You may find somebody at a coffee shop or Internet cafe willing to let you do a quick test with their keyboard.

Sto scrivendo con una tastiera Bluetooth da 12€ e funziona alla grande....certo, cara microsoft non ci fai un gran bella figura...mi sono sentito trascurato....mai più Surface!
