iMarc New Member Aug 29, 2016 #1 Recently got a Surface RT 64 Gig used. Already tested it plugged for a long time, no result. The light on the charger is lit... Hard reset, no success.... Could it be that the battery need to be changed, or something else ??? Thank everyone.

kundas1 Well-Known Member Aug 29, 2016 #2 try a factory restore, if that doesn't work then it sounds like the seller sold you a defective Surface RT... battery might be shot...

OP iMarc New Member Aug 30, 2016 #3 I tried multiple ways to to a factory reset. volume down with power buton etc.. but that doesn't works. Is there a another way to do it ? PS : No cover keyboard. Tablet only :S
