Touchscreen issue

My surface book 3 touch screen stops working when I do zooming and I need to disable and then enable INTEL PRECISE... in HIM to solve this issue. my problem is that this solution is temporal and anytime I do zooming or zoom out I have to repeat it. is any other efficient solution?

Yes I have reset it when it was windows 10

Unfortunately Yes, sometimes it work good but the rest of times not. the touch screen in UEFI is ok and also in scroll down and up operations but at zoom in or out as I said stops working.

It is really a weird issue. Sounds typically like software rather than hardware
