Sync iPhone/iTunes with Surface Pro?

Hi,

does anyone know how I would be able to get itunes installed on to my surface pro so that I can sync with my iPhone? (I don't mean any disrespect to any hardcore Microsoft users out there) Any help you could give me would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
