Sync Documents Surface RT to PC "Without OneDrive"

Hi,

I want an app to sync OFFLINE docs from laptop/pc to rt. in both direction. Something like dropbox.
So no webbased solution. it does not have to be automatic but its an advanctice

Have a look at Folder Sync in the store.

Another option is Robocopy which is a command line utility that's built in to both Windows RT and Windows x86/x64

There's a GUI wrapper for robocopy called RichCopy but I think that's only available for X86. even so... I believe it could sync files to/from a Windows RT share.
