Surface won't hotspot on GSIII-4G LTE

I have a GSIII, about ten days ago I was operating on a 4G motherboard. I switched to a 4G LTE motherboard with a 4.3 OS for an increase in speed. When I was operating on 4G I had no problems going online with my hotspot, on 4G LTE the phone will not hook up. What can I do to get the GSIII 4G LTE to hook up??????
