Lately my Surface Pro (1st version) had some troubles charging, the laptop would notice that it's charging but the surface wouldn't charge at all. I have called with the microsoft surface support service and they told me that it's most likely a software related problem so they told me to download the surface pro drivers (link: Download Surface Pro from Official Microsoft Download Center) and to download them. However I don't know what to do now, should I just download the drivers and will the problem then be solved or do I have to run a certain program in order to reinstall the battery driver?
