Surface Pro Concerns

Hi all,

Have recently sought after a Surface Pro, purchased one on a Saturday, four days later noticed a miscoloured pixel. Unlucky right?

Anyway I returned it and got a new one, however now when I start it up, the SURFACE writing comes up, as well as a lot of temporary white static or pixilation.

I updated the surface hoping this would resolve the issue. It hasn't. Was wondering if anyone has had the same problem or knows a solution?

did this occur once then never reappeared? or it does it a lot but temporarily? if it went away and only happened that one time, id say give it some more time. if not, just exchange it again. never had this issue though. ive had my pro for about 2 weeks now.

No it happens every time I turn thing on. Half of the word SURFACE disappears too. Very frustrating/disappointing.
