Has anyone gotten Wake on Lan to work with a (any) USB to Ethernet adapter?

Thanks!

I believe it is only available on the Branded Surface Ethernet Adapter (I know it is the only one that supports PXE).

I think they are working on it in the AC Standard, but the Linux Community will be up in arms as you will need UEFI and Secureboot (With installed Certificates) to trust the WOL Control Bit.

Jeff I find the majority of your posts interesting to read but I'm afraid I still look like this after reading that one three times and attempting to understand...

Sorry....Because the pervasiveness of WiFi Radio Traffic without a locked down and trusted environment, hackers could send out a signal the is called the Wake On LAN Control Bit that tells the machine to Wake Up and do something (like download patches or reload the OS from this source or even DELTREE C:\*.*).

Yes I think I get that, thanks. I've never really been one for caring about security though
