Surface Pro 9 5G battery

Hello,

I have this Snapdragon based Pro 9.

I find it a bit weird that it does not hold battery while it's off. I have charged it full several times and turned then off (totally off, not any hibernate or sleep mode). When I put it on after a week, the battery is totally dead. Nothing happens without connecting charger.

Is this normal? How about other users? Does your devices consume power while they are totally off?

It is not normal for it to lose all its charge by being completely turned off. Maybe a software or hardware problem? Have you tried turning off the quick ignition in the power options? If not, a test with another unit could help to compare.
