surface pro 7 randomly unresponsive (not only touchscreen)

Hi all, my S pro 7 lately get unresponsive randomly, for just a second more or less but sometimes even more... It's not just the touchscreen, as neither keyboard nor mouse respond too...it's how if at times something would occupy the cpu so much so that everything stall... I tried factory reset from scratch (loadind OS from usb) and re installing every app, and all drivers are up to date with Driver easy, microsoft updates are all up to date and firmware as well. Any idea? Thanks for any suggestion. Regards Lorenzo

use Task Manager and Resource Monitor to see what's running and consuming resources. Never use Driver Easy.
