Surface Pro 4 scale/resize window

Hi,
I can't enter a toolchain path at the Coocox software because I can't reach the Edit-box!

I own a Surface Pro 4 and tested every resolution for the display. Moreover I connected a lower resolution monitor, but the nothing changed. I even can't resize the window or add the path via "Strg & v".

What else can I do? Does anyone have a similar problem with the surface?

Lower the DPI to 100% or right click the Application and turn off scaling for that App...
