Solved surface pen eraser malfunction

Just got a new pen for my SP4 as the old one would intermittently stop working.

The new pen is doing something funny. When I go to erase something in OneNote, it will select instead of erase. I know I'm not pressing the side button when I erase. Wondering if this is a setting with the eraser or a defect in this replacement pen.

Same here and dont know why... if someone has any idea, please share

Run Office updates. The latest version seems to have patched the issue.
