Surface book 1 and ultrawide 34' curved monitor POSSIBLE?

Hello friends

I'm planning on buying a 34 inch Ultrawide 3440x1440 Curved Samsung monitor, I want to know if my surface will keep up with this monitor, resolution wise.
I'm not into gaming just working with a lot of windows I'm a programmer.

I use one with my Pro X just fine, the SB should have no issues with it...

It's resolution 2880 x 1920 (pro X) the monitor I guess cannot be used with 3440x1440 right?
Same with SB max at 3000x2000

I extend the monitor - so my Pro X is driving both its internal monitor and the 3440x1440 QHD monitor...

Great, but the monitor is at its maximum resolution? or at the pros' max resolution?

I run each at Native Resolution -

Pro X - 2880x1920
LG WQHD - 3440x1440

And what port is used to connect? display Port? will I need an adapter? a surface dock will be better perhaps?

I'm using USB-C, you can also use the Dock and use DisplayPort
