Purchased the Surface for my wife about six weeks ago and it worked great until a few days back. Now when the Store aps is clicked, the window comes up for a couple of seconds and then closes. Any ideas?
Second issue is mail, it worked until Aug 30 but now it will not send or receive. The account works fine on another computer. Any suggestions for these issues, it may save a marriage as I talked into this one rather than an Android.
