What are you trying to accomplish? Task Scheduler is a Win32 Application that will enter into a Sleep State while the machine is in Connected Standby and will be hibernated if on battery after 4 hours. If you are wanting tasks to run in the background, go into the Power Management Control Panel and set it to not sleep while plugged in (screen will remain on though) and then any tasks you create will run as expected.

Thank you very much,
I think that I found answer on my question.
I found finally on the website Microsoft information.
It Microsoft blocked properties in the Task Schedule !
Simultaneously on other website they informs that it is necessary go to TaskS chedule.and to change loggin and another thinkss. This is the joke.
In my opinion Microsoft makes sport of us customers. Two contradictory information it gives.
And now, my power settings is exactly as you said, but still Surface3 do not wake up, when I want.
I lost only the one day on the seek of the information and I occupied the time on the forum.
And Task Schedule still does not work correctly.
