Strange New Lumia RM-1099 is Certified in Indonesia

Here's a head-scratcher related to a Windows phone. A new Lumia device with the model number RM-1099 was just certified in an Indonesian version of the FCC. Unfortunately, this organization doesn't share the same level of detail that the US FCC includes in its reports, so we don't know much more about this mystery device besides the model number.

We will keep an eye out for any hints at what this device might be and pass them on to you.

In the US, employees get a 1099 for income tax purposes that is a record of income and the taxes withheld. Something quite unique to the US.
