Spro 3 will not turn on charging light blinks after pressing on

Spro 3 is not turning on. Cgarging cable seems ok. Light is on. Have tried pressing on and vol up. The charging cable light and my keyboards light blinks then nothing.
Tried taking the keyboard off then on+vol up. Charging cabke blinks.

What else can i do? Need my computer badly

Try this.

Hold Power for a full 30 seconds. Then release and wait 10 seconds. Then press and release Power one time.

I have the same issue with my surface pro 3, sometimes it will turn on but just for a minute or less and then it shutdowns suddenly
