Spotlite not opening

I´ve hade man problems with Spotlite on this Surface. I still don´t understand why we can´t use Spotify.

Now, for a long time my Spotlite will not Open. It stands turning and turning and turning and gets nowhere. I´ve restarted several times, but nothing happens. What can I do to be able to listen to Music on my device
