G Gary.M Member Sep 19, 2014 #2 It happens occasionally with mine. What I do is twist the pen lid off killing the contact with the battery, then screw it back on. Most times it works (on mine)

F Ford Prefect New Member Sep 22, 2014 #3 It may seem silly but try a fresh AAAA battery. mine was doing this @ 3 weeks old. Fresh battery solved it and it has been several months now no issues.
