SP3 Cannot open Mail, Calendar

I have my SP3 since last Sunday. For a few days I have been able to manage to read my mail.
Recently I get the follwing error message;
This app (mail) can't open.
Check the Windows store for more info about Microsoft.WindowsLive.People.
Go to the Store

This app needs to be repaired, there's a problem with Mail, Calendar and People.
Windows store can try to repair the app for you.

After repair I can open and read my mail.
But when I start the mail app again I get the same error again.
Apparently the repair has not been saved.
When I look in the store it indicates also as date of installation my original installation date.

Any suggestion how to solve?
