Hello guys,
I have a Surface RT 32 GB. My problem is, if I turn off the sound (reducing to 0 or mute it) it still makes silent sounds as if it would be set to a volume level of about 2 or 4. So not really loud but annoying especially in meetings or so. I have already send my RT to Microsoft and got a new one back. The problem remains. Does anybody else has this problem?
Yes I have reinstalled W8.1 several times, without any change. Any suggestions?
