I've had a Surface 3 (128GB model) for about a month now and so far I love it. One thing I have noticed though since the Threshold 2 update is that the system seems to be a bit more sluggish. Boot takes considerably longer as do launching apps and general responsiveness. Has anyone else experienced this and if so is there a way to resolve it?
I noticed a firmware update was available but like those in this thread it was dated July. I downloaded the November one as linked to and installed it. After that things seems to run smoother, but after another reboot it said it was installing a new hardware update. Not sure if it re-installed the July one or not, but when I ran the Nov. firmware update manually the only option I have is to remove it.
Any suggestions on getting the system to run like it was?
