SLEEP/WAKE TOP BUTTON HARD TO PRESS?

just got a Surface Pro 3 for Christmas and love it....the top button to sleep/wake the computer is hard to push and doesn't click...is that normal...also...i have a rip/tear/hole in the left front corner of the type keyboard...it is all brand new from amazon....if it has to be exchanged can i do it at a Microsoft store under warranty?

I would exchange your unit with a new one as well as the Type Cover. And yes, you can exchange your unit with a new one at a Microsoft Store.
