ok... this all part of troubleshooting for an issue I am having with Skype. I originally thought it had to do with lock screen apps, but after some trial and error, I don't believe that to be the case. So.. I started a new thread with a new title...
now... on with the inquiry.
When my Surface 2 has gone dark, Skype will not ring through. If I am on my lock screen and a call comes in, all the bells chime.
How can I get my surface to allow Skype to ring when it has gone to sleep? Is this a limitation of Surface and Win8? Is there a solution so that I can hear an incoming call when my surface is sleeping?
Sorry for the new thread, but I want to find a solution or better understand my new device.
