Searching Internet via voice

Researching method to use when searching the Internet via voice (microphone) on my wife's future SPro4
(00PS - future tablet NOT future wife ... Married 52 years!). My PC is a desk top with Win 10 Pro, but my wife's current tablet is a Samsung Android she uses Google search via voice.

I use Cortana once in a while but not sure if that's what she'll get on her tablet.

I suspect this will be one of the first questions and I want to be able to answer immediately.

If she's used to an Android tablet, get ready for some disappointment!
The voice search capabilities of Windows are not even close to the ones from Android. And that's just the tip of the iceberg.

I love my Surface Pro and I love Windows, but it's not for everyone.
