Screen Rotation

My screen isn't auto rotating and I know there was a "Screen" button on charms bar but it's no longer there?

Go to Settings you should have six icons:
Wireless, Sound, Screen
Notifications, Power, Keyboard

If rotation is disabled the Screen icon will have a lock on it.

Correct but I don't show that lock button as the "Screen" icon is missing. I have all those you mentioned but the Screen button, instead I have a Brightness button.

I think I know what it was, I had downloaded an app called PresenterWorks that is for the laser pen I got http://www.kensington.com/us/us/4492/K72448US/presentair-pro-bluetooth-4-0-l#.VQsd8Y7F9As.

I went into that app and turned off the permissions and that "Screen" button came back.
