Hello, I have the surface book 3 with an issue while charging.
when the tablet is connected to the keyboard Battery #2 is charging normally but Battery #1 is in use, if I detach it and connect the Tablet directly to the charge battery #1 charges normally.
I tried to clean the connector. another charger, force shut down, delete battery driver, system reset + latest surface driver updates and still facing the same issue.
I also noticed that when connected to the keyboard without charger it consume most of battery #1 with minimum % drop in battery #2.
Any suggestions please?
