I have an external monitor attached to my SP7 and both the SP7 and the monitor are in portrait mode. Right now, I have it in extend mode, and it works. However, I'd like to be able to have it in duplicate mode, but when I switch to duplicate, the image on the external monitor flips to landscape mode, so it's now sideways. And the option for switching it from landscape to portrait mode disappears from the setting screen. I've tried setting the lock rotation option, which is only available in extend mode, and then switching to duplicate, but that doesn't work. It still turns the image to landscape mode.
It's not really relevant to the problem, but the reason I want to do this is to be able to use the SP7 with the pen since the external touch monitor is not working well for that in MobileSheets, the program I'm using for my sheet music. But the external monitor is larger, so I want to display the music also on that so that it is easier to read.
