Solved Restore In-App purchase

Hi,

I have Readiy installed and on December 1st I purchased the Pro version via an in app purchase.

Since doing this I completed a factory reset and now none of the Pro features are working. Is there a specific way to restore in app purchases?

App was downloaded from the SP4 Windows Store and the in app purchase was made with my MS account.

Try deleting the app (uninstall). Then visit the store and search for the app - Pro version.

Yeah I tried deleting it several times and even tried clearing the Store cache. Nothing worked. I contacted the developer who said it was an issue on MS end as far as authenticating purchases..

Since I did an in app purchase via the free app the developer sent me a code to download the Pro app and that solved this issue..

The developer did say I was not alone and that he had gotten numerous emails from people with the exact same problem..
