quick help, onscreen keyboard fault?

am I going mad?

with on screen keyboard showing I can scroll but can't tap/left click anything? eg I can't press the x to close a window or press to select a different text box on a form etc.

I'm almost certain I used to be able to! bug or have I changed a setting somewhere?

ok confirmed it is an issue! I have it after every fresh restart until I quit the 'touch keyboard and handwriting panel' process.

if I use task manager to quit that then click on keyboard iconto bring it back it restarts and the issue is gone

I can replicate this issue now should I contact MS or is it not worth it?

I'm unable to replicate...can you tell us exactly what apps/browsers this is happening in, are you in tablet or desktop mode and have you installed any apps like AHK.

It's happening in everything.

Switch sp3 on. Unlock. Open file browser or edge or Firefox or anything.
Bring up keyboard manually or auto I can type but top half of screen I can scroll as normal but can't tap/left click on anything.

If I close the process keyboard disappears. Press on icon to get it back and it works as normal.!?

I can't reproduce it either..
