Question about pinned sites

Hello,

I just refreshed my Surface 2. I had a lot of sites pinned to my Start Screen and the device is set up to sync with Skydrive (sorry, OneDrive). But after the refresh the pinned sites don't appear. Any idea how I can get them back?

Pin them again! I think... sorry. As far as I know, refreshing your Surface means the Start Screen returns to standard.
