Hi, I'm trying to find any other way beside the mother of all solutions, resetting the device, for my issues with surface pro after the upgrade.
Before upgrading apparently you are needed to update some drivers/firmware. Since Windows should be responsible to take care of all update dependencies I was unaware of this. Now every once in a while my pro resets itself and when I read the event viewer I see always a series of driver/firmware crashes (HID device, Typecover, ...)that say it may temporarily make the device inaccessible prior to the reset.
Has anyone experienced this or know of any solution besides refresh/reset?
