Physical touches always result in right-clicks

I've been searching around the web and her - so far I haven't found anyone else with this issue.

Pretty simple: Whenever I physically touch the screen, it acts as a right-click. This means in order to select things I need to use either the pen or the mouse.

A restart solves the problem - for a few minutes. As I continue using the pen and touch screen, eventually it'll switch back over again so I can't touch to left-click anymore.

Anyone have a solution or heard of this issue at all?

You may not have posted this in the best forum. You didn't note if you are using 8.1 or 10 which may have an bearing on it. Someone else this week posted the same issue.
