Official Facebook app coming soon?

I see most clones have been removed from the Windows Store.
General speculation is FB app will come with Win8.1 launch. Maybe they will release sooner. Might also help them figure out kinks from releasing their very first version.

I have 8.1 installed, but didn't see the official FB app, so I'm guessing it will be released by the official 8.1 release.

I hope so. The website doesn't function very well sometimes.
