OD icon missing on taskbar

while back I turned off OD syncing on notebook since I was away from home with very poor internet. How do I get one drive folder back on explorer and restart syncing?

Win11 PRO
Tried reinstalling OD (onedrivesetup.exe) and still does nothing when clicked on, also no icon in notice area. I can login to OD in edge and all files are there. I can also open any OD documents in M365 word and create, edit, save. Downloaded OD, runs with getting things ready, then window closes... and nothing!
