I received my surface pro 4 i5 4gb yesterday and it wasn't the smoothest of starts :/
It crashed several times during initial setup, ending with a white screen at the end.
When I got it up and running again I had two accounts, which I didn't want etc
because I hadn't done anything with the device I thought it best to reset and start clean.
This reset took almost 2 hours :/ I played around with it, but things aren't working properly, for instance, I can search of face sign in, but when I click it, the option is not available in the login items.
This morning, I started the updates, and i'm running those for over an hour almost, it's at 14% and 48% copying files :/
Coming from apple, this feels crappy, but I'm still confident that once the update is done I will love the surface pro
