No 'save as' option when downloading from web?

Surface RT with IE 11.

When I click 'download file' option on a web site (like Comcast's voice mail manager) I only see 'open', 'save' and 'cancel' options. There apparently is no 'save as' option like I get on my laptop pc.

The file downloads to the downloads folder using the generated, ugly name...

Am I missing some way to get to a 'save as' option?

Metro. I hadn't thought to try desktop so I just did and that does allow 'save as' - guess I'll have to work from there.

I think you meant to send this to me. If you want a sample web site that lets you download files try this one and choose any brochure;
