no control over display brightness, stays 100%

Has anyone else experienced this issue running Win 10 Pro? Contact Support was not helpful, every method tried in Settings would not control the brightness.

Fn + Del or Backspace does not work either.

Any advice would be much appreciated by my eyeballs!

Same problem here for me since Windows 10 Anniversary 1607 update.
Brightness control is not available at all.

S Pro 3 too...

I have only noticed an error on "Surface Cover Telemetry" component in Windows Device Manager.
I will try to solve this..
