New to surface but having problems

Can anyone point me in the right direction for advice. I have a surface pro 3 through work and it is not switching on. (Only 1 month old)I've tried all of the reboots and it doesn't work. Is there a way to retrieve photos even if it won't switch on? I don't want to lose them if I can somehow retrieve them.

Yes I've tried all options of holding the power button down and the 2 button restart the charger works too so it's not that.

If you still can't get your Surface to turn, then you'll probably have to call Surface Support. https://www.microsoft.com/surface/en-us/support/troubleshoot
