Just now my hello camera did not turn on, but 2 seconds later it did.

it's an issue going around after the recent updates. No real solution in sight. You can uninstall the drivers for it, then restart the device, and let them re-install, that may help.

Hmmm... I was hoping this would be the case for my buttons on my type cover of my Surface 3 not working. Unfortunately they're still not working.
