Need a PDF reader to read pen only

Hi all, new to the forums, and new to the Surface Pro 3. I am in need of a PDF reader/annotator that will read the pen only. What I mean by that is the forms I am writing on occasionally pick up my resting my wrist on the surface of the screen as a tap and it pops up the keyboard and a prompt to type. I am currently using the included Microsoft Reader app. I need a program that will ignore everything except what my stylus writes. Can someone recommend a program that does this? Thanks.

Most of the modern PDF ink enabled programs are multitouch as well, if you can get a hold of PDF Annotator 4.x or earlier its touch support is lacking and frustrating...

All joking aside, trying a better App like Drawboard PDF is worth it...
