Microsoft is all about the value lately, offering great incentives or deals on every product in their lineup. It looks like they are continuing that trend. Microsoft just kicked off a new trade-up incentive program for the Surface Pro 3. You can get your hands on the hot new top-of-the-line tablet for as much as $650 off depending on which device your are trading in.
