Microsoft Account on Surface says wrong country

I log into my surface with my Microsoft account, but when I try to change the profile the screen is set to United Kingdom and I cannot change it, the account is quite happily telling me that I am in New Zealand when I log on from another PC, but not from my Surface, Help Please?!?
