Will give SL3 a serious run for its money. i5, 8gb, 512gb, 2 Thunderbolt etc is only £30 more than SL3 with i5, 8gb, 256gb and no Thunderbolt.

Does it have a touchscreen? Alcantara keyboard?

Don't think it has a TS - but really of limited value on a laptop. No Alcantara - but that is not a deal breaker.

Not once you get used to touching an icon to launch it or dragging a window around.
