Low disc space

I keep on getting a message "Low disc space you are running out of disc space at local disc (D). I can't get to local disc D and have no idea how to stop this message from coming up. Anyone else have this problem and if so what should I do to resolve it?

Hi, Mark,

Looks like a relatively rare, but harmless hiccup in a Windows 10 Update for your machine.
A hidden drive partition D exists on your machine during updates, but some process did not clean up after itself, leaving the drive in the improper state.

To solve the problem, do this:
1) In Cortana Search, type cmd but do not press the Enter key.
2) Right-click, "Run as administrator". Answer Yes to allow changes to your PC.
3) Type mountvol D: /d
4) Press Enter
5) Close the Command Prompt window.

Let us know if this works!

Thank you for the reply. I tried this and unfortunately it did not work. Do you or anyone else have any ideas how to get rid of this annoying message that keeps on coming up?
